The girls’ cross country team competed in the DII Regional Championship at Pickerington North High School on Saturday, October 26th.

The girls’ finished as regional runner up, which ties the highest finish in BV cross country history, matching the 2004 Lady Barons’ regional runner up finish. Congratulations to Granville on an impressive team championship today.

The top 7 teams from the regional meet advanced to the State Championship which will be held next Saturday, November 2nd at National Trails Raceway in Hebron. The girls’ will race in the DII state championship which will run at 11:45a.

The Lady Barons advance to State for the 3rd consecutive year and this will mark the 5th time in school history for the girls. Previous years include; 2004 (15th), 2005 (15th), 2017 (11th), 2018 (12th).
