Morgan Scowden led the Barons’ balanced scoring attack (11 points) in an MOAC victory over Galion. The Barons moved to 4-2 in MOAC play, good for second place in the league, one game back of upcoming opponent River Valley. Also contributing to the Barons’ effort was Lisa Leineberger, Cami Crawford, and Alaina Radcliffe all scoring eight points. Tess Hughes, Dani Grether, and Reilly Taylor all scored six points each, while Hannah Cowan had five. The Barons shot 11/13 from the free throw line, and were able to maintain a sizeable lead throughout the game. Buckeye Valley is next in action @River Valley on Thursday, January 11th, as they begin the second round of MOAC play.
