Girls Track and Field take 6th at County meet

The BV girls track and field team saw some amazing athletes and great competition on Friday evening.  As the season progresses many of the athletes are starting to peak at the right time of the season.  It is tough scoring against so many D1 schools but some found a way to sneak in. Nina Hilt

BV girls take 1st with 102 points over Whitehall-Yearling

Great weather led to great performances by many athletes on our team.  Many personal bests reached on our last non varsity meet of the season. 1st place finishers Nina Hilt in the HJ, LJ, 100 hurdles and the 4 x 200 relay team Kendra Pienta in the 300 hurdles and the 4 x 200 relay

BV girls place 11th at the Marion Harding Night Invitational

The varsity girls track team had a tough time scoring at the Invitational on Friday night.  They got to see some amazing athletes and where they might fit in, in the big picture.  Hopefully the injuries are behind them and they can focus on what needs cleaned up. Some of the highlights are as follows.

BV girls earn 2nd at Delaware Hayes

The BV girls track team had a nice showing at the away meet.  The Pacers won their home meet while BV placed  2nd with 50.5 points followed by Olentangy Orange with 18.5.  We will all meet up again in the next few weeks and hoping that the weather keeps cooperating and that we can heal

Girls T & F take 2nd out of 13 at the Elmo Kallner Invitational

The weather was wonderful and so were the performances in Hamilton Ohio today.  Lots of PRs set throughout the day with a 1st place finish from Chloe Dawson in the 3200 and the 4 x 800 quad of Ashley Beatty, Jia Radloff, Bailey Kreft and Kennedy Cramer.  Going against 6 D1 schools can be intimidating

Hank Smith Invitational BV 4th and 2 new school records

April 14th brought some much needed spring weather along with nice results for the girls T & F team.  The BV girls finished in 4th place against 17 schools, of which some were D1.  They got to see some great athletes and some of them rose to the occasion and scored for the team.  Nina
